Tip: Too Much Exercise
If
the exercises injure your body, don’t fit your body type, or don’t help you
achieve your fitness goals, you can exercise seven days a week, three hours a
day, and you’ll be in worse shape than when you started.
While
everyone needs aerobic exercise, fitness exercise, and weight loss exercise,
it’s best to make sure your chosen exercise program suits your health and
lifestyle.
Don’t
perform back to back exercise routines without at least a five-minute break or
“cool down” in between, and remember to consume lots of fluids as well as
nutrition other than low-carb bars and shakes.
