Researchers believe that they could also help in producing antibodies in babies and children that can help protect them from allergies that could develop later in life.

2. ESSENTIAL OILS:
Symptoms of pesky allergies can easily can be eased by steaming essential oils. The best way to solve this problem of allergic reactions is by the use of the allergy trio: lemon, peppermint and lavender. Together they could do wonders. They work as a powerful antihistamine and eases the discomforts caused by your body’s allergic response. All you need to do is to pour boiling water into a bowl, add a couple of drops of your oils into the water. Drape a towel over your head and inhale deeply for approximately 10 minutes.

3. NETTLE LEAF:
Another powerful antihistamine as it naturally blocks the body’s ability to produce histamine. You could also use herbs like peppermint leaf, red raspberry leaf with nettle leaf to prepare a soothing herbal tea. Capsules made from dried nettle leaves are an easy option to stop the sneezes.

4. REISHI MUSHROOMS:
Many researches have shown that the spores from reishi mushroom helps in boosting the immune system and is also helpful in conditions like asthma and bronchitis and fight fatigue. Along with other medicines they have even been used to treat cancer. Its regular intake is recommended as It is much helpful in strengthening your immune system against allergens.  

5. GHEE IN YOUR NOSE:

This is one of the best grandma’s remedies. Applying a very small amount of ghee on a Q-tip just on the inside of your nostrils. Do not use large amount of ghee and do not push the Q tip deep into your nose. F or tackling respiratory allergies try alternate nostril breathing.
