Latest Trend in Health and Fitness 2013

There is new developments are happening in the fitness industry on an international level and because of information technology, people are getting more aware quickly and want to experiment and try new trends, as it breaks the monotony of a regular gym.
People these days just don’t exercise to stay fit they also want to de – stress their minds and enjoy their workout.
Walking on a treadmill, some time become very monotonous and more over while they are walking, their mind is occupied with some thoughts or work targets.
But when they are doing session of Power Yoga, Hit n Fit, Cross Fit, Spinning, aerobic dance, kick boxing or Run n Fun, Zumba, classes they not only get a good workout but as well as a good mind workout because you need to remember the steps and the moves so your mind starts to focus on the instructions, the trainer is giving and for a while they forget their targets and deadlines and hence it works as a very good stress buster for them.
And also there is a big change in fitness industry because of new generation’s different ideals like film star and sports personality, (like Hritik Roshan in Kkrish 3, Amir Khan in Gagni or Sachin Tandlukar or Sushil Kumar and so on…). These Stars are now much leaner and fitter as compare to celebrities in earlier times.
Run and Fun 
This is a complete fun with fitness workout, as fitness trend this year, Lot of running with speed variations in speed, some obstacles include, like animal walk, duck walk, wall climbing, crawling, coordinated dance steps, long or high jumps. Run and Fun workout can be done indoor and outdoor.  It is all about keeping thing interesting and challenging while keeping all the components of fitness in mind, like endurance, flexibility, strength, agility and speed without bored fitness regimes.

Fitness Fusion 
Fitness Fusion workout can target a variety of things like core strength, Muscular strength, body balance, Speed, agility, endurance and more. We can combine various activities like Yoga, Extreme Body stretch, Pilates, Spinning, Circuit Training, Boot Camp, Zumba, Body Weight Training, High Intensity Cardio, Kick boxing, Fun n Run, Step / floor Aerobics and more...
Once you combine so many different activities to your workout, you won’t get bored.  This way one can challenge their muscles with different ways with fun. It provides fast and very effect goal oriented workout, especially for people who are too busy with their office work. 

Hit n Fit 
Hit n Fit workout is an effective way to get fit with lot of challenge between the participants. But anyone can do it with slight modification. It is a fitness program that combines a wide variety of weight / resistance training and functional movements into a timed or scored workout. We do Pushups, pull-ups, squats, weightlifting, High Jumps, gymnastics, running, rowing, and a lot of other movements.

Dance fusion 
Different dance packed in one workout session now becoming the latest trend. Zumba, Aerobic Bhangra, Doonya, and MyGroov. Once you combine so many different activities to your workout, you won’t get bored.  This way one can challenge their body and increase their fitness level daily. Foam of Boot Camp workout. This is a workout with lot of group coordination and open air functional activities. Walk n Talk is the one workout which is now very much in these days as a group fun. We include lot of rhythmic sounds to boost each other, and also give competition, in two or more groups or individuals. 
There is lot more other new workout trends are in market: Flywheel, Pound, Bodyism, Pilates, CrossFit, Power yoga, Soulcycle, MMA.
